Muskan Club Sign Up
Muskan Club registration takes a phone number or an email address, a password typed twice, and a verification code sent by SMS or email. The form's own subtitle says to register by phone number or email, and it ends with a Privacy Agreement checkbox and a Register button.
Register with a phone number
- On the registration screen, stay on the Register your phone tab.
- Type your mobile number after the +91 prefix that is already shown.
- In Set password, choose at least 8 characters that mix letters and numbers; the form prints this rule itself.
- Repeat the password in Confirm password; a mismatch produces a message that the two entries do not match.
- Tap Send next to the SMS verification code field and enter the 6-digit code that arrives.
- Tick I have read and agree beside the Privacy Agreement, then tap Register.
Register with an email address
Switch to the Mail tab. The boxes are the same except that the number field becomes an email field with the placeholder Please enter the email, and the SMS code becomes an Email verification code, again with a Send button. Whether the code is compulsory, and what follows Register, was not tested because no form was submitted for this guide.

Is the Muskan Club invite code required?
No. The field's placeholder reads Please enter the invitation code (optional), on both the phone and the email tab. This site does not issue or display any code; if you have none, leave the field empty, as the placeholder allows.
Verification code not received
Under the code field the form carries a link reading Did not receive verification code? Contact customer service. Wait a minute, check that the number or address was typed correctly and that SMS is not blocked on your SIM, then tap Send once more. If it still fails, follow that link rather than trying a different number.
After the account is created
Sign in with the same phone number or email and the password you set; the Muskan Club login guide explains both tabs. The form also shows a sign-up promotion strip and a link reading I have an account Login. Lost the password already?
