Muskan Club Forgot Password
A forgotten Muskan Club password is handled from the sign-in screen, where each login tab carries a Forgot password link, and by the platform's customer service, which the screen header names as the place to go if you forget your password.

Where the Forgot password link is
Open the sign-in screen. The Forgot password link appears alongside Remember password on the Log in with phone tab and on the Email login tab alike, so pick the tab that matches how the account was registered before tapping it.
What happens after you tap it
This part could not be checked. No standalone reset page was found on the platform, and the screens after the link were not opened for this guide, so whatever the platform shows you there takes priority. If you are asked to set a new password, expect the rule the registration form prints: at least 8 characters, letters and numbers together.
Contact customer service, as the login header says
The line at the top of the login screen reads: if you forget your password, please contact customer service. That is the platform's own instruction, and it matters most when:
- the reset screens do not recognise your phone number or email
- the SIM you registered with is lost or the number has changed
- a new password is set but the login still fails
The customer service page lists Self service, LiveChat and Telegram entries. Have the registered number or email ready so you can identify the account.
Steps to try, in order
- Retype the current password once more with auto-capitalisation off, on the correct tab.
- Tap Forgot password on that tab and follow the screens the platform presents.
- If a code is sent to your phone or email, enter it only on the screen you opened yourself.
- If nothing works, open customer service from the footer link and explain which login detail you used.
- Once you are back in, return to the Muskan Club login walkthrough if any part of the sign-in screen is unclear.
No one from the platform, and no one from this site, will ever ask you for your password or a verification code. Refuse any such request.
Opening a new account instead is not a fix, since whatever the old one holds stays with it; use the sign up guide only if you never registered. Other questions are on the help page.
